TOD COCHRAN
Tod Cochran MSPT JD is Ortho Rehab and Specialty Center’s Yankee transplant. He currently heads our balance and fall prevention programs. Tod grew up in Northern California and has lived in 4 different countries and 20+ states. Tod graduated with a BA from a small New England college, and then spent several years as a College D3 Volleyball Coach in Connecticut, a Ski Instructor in Colorado and a Bartender in the Virgin Islands. Before he could become a complete ski and beach bum, Tod went to Columbia University in NYC for a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. His first clinical experiences were at the Rusk Vestibular and Balance Department at NYU Hospital followed by Georgetown University Hospital. Soon after, Tod married an Arkansan and with the birth of their first child moved to Little Rock. In Arkansas, Tod worked with Ortho Rehab’s President, Rob Tillman, who became a clinical mentor and advisor. Since their professional relationship started 15+ years ago, Tod has worked in a variety of settings but finally returned to work with Rob 4 years ago. Tod specializes in fall prevention, balance training, and vestibular rehabilitation. Tod developed the “Falling Is Not an Option Program”.

Tod is happily married to Holly. They have three children. In his non work time, Tod is very involved in youth soccer. Tod’s passions include camping, skiing, mountain biking and sailing. Additionally, Tod has a law Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law.
