JOE FARRER
Joe attended Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia. He then graduated in 1988 from the University of Central Arkansas with his bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Joe has continued to enrich his clinical skills and knowledge by attending continuing education courses with a specific focus on cervical, back, shoulder, knee and chronic pain with an emphasis on special training in manual therapy.

Joe known to many as "Big Joe" is a long time Cabot resident. He served three terms in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He previously served as Justice of the Peace in Lonoke County and even married several of it's residence.

Joe likes to spend his free time with his wife, Vikki. He loves nothing more than spending time with family, three dogs and cat. Joe enjoys relaxing by the
Little Red River while fishing.

KOLTON CRAWFORD
Kolton was raised in Searcy, Arkansas where he graduated high school in 2013. He developed an interest in physical therapy after having knee surgery his senior year of high school. He saw first hand the positive impacts that come with a great physical therapy experience. 

Kolton attended Arkansas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. 

During his free time, Kolton enjoys being with friends and family, traveling to new places and watching sports. Kolton strives to help people get back to doing what they love, while creating friendships along the way.

CORY O'KEEFE, PTA

Cory O’Keefe was born and raised in Hot Springs, AR. He gained interest in pursuing physical therapy after seeing the lasting effects it had on his father after back surgery.

Cory graduated from PTA school at ATU Ozark in 2016. Since then, he has spent time in every setting in several locations throughout the state. He enjoys working with patients to help improve their quality of life and get them back to doing what they love.

Cory is married to his wife, Mabry, and they love raising their son, Killian. In his free time, he loves spending time with friends and family and occasionally gets a round of disc golf in when possible.

DENISE LANE, PT, DPT

Denise Lane, PT, DPT, is a dedicated Pelvic Floor and Women’s Health physical therapy at Ortho Rehab and Specialty Centers in Cabot. Originally from Southern California, Denise grew up, completed her education, and began her PT career there before bringing her expertise to Arkansas.


She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015 and has since pursued advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, earning specialized certifications in pelvic floor therapy. In addition, Denise holds certifications in spinal therapy, myofascial manipulation, and manual therapy.


With extensive experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, Denise has worked with patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of conditions, injuries, post-surgical recovery, pregnancy, balance, general strengthening, and conditioning. Within the last couple of years she has expanded her passion in treating patients with cancer, and recovering from cancer interventions. She helps patients manage the side effects of cancer therapies, surgeries, and lymphedema.


Outside of work, Denise treasures her roles as a wife and mother of three. She enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Arkansas and spending quality time with her family.
